Over the next 100 days, together we will take one small step every week on the road to vibrant health.

As each step becomes a habit, we will be building a solid foundation for a lifetime of healthy choices.

Here is how it works:

  • Once a week, you will receive a tip delivered right to your inbox.  Simply add that tip to your repertoire and implement it as soon as you can.
  • You will also get a link to a new page with resources that you can use right away…shopping lists, meal plans, recipes, and much more!
  • We encourage you to add your comments to let us know how the strategies are working for you.  By doing so, you will be building a community dedicated to supporting healthy choices.

Ready to get started?  Here is your first tip: 

  • Find a buddy to take this journey with you. Have them sign up for the program, and schedule a check-in time once a week to share your experiences and hold one another accountable.  It is a lot harder to give up when you have someone waiting to hear how you are doing!
