How it Works

Once you join the Sugar Busters Group, you will have access to our “Members Only” area where you will find all of the documents, recordings, and support materials for the Sugar Busters program.

  1. You will receive one “lesson” per week with all of the info you need to stay motivated and complete the program.
  2. Before beginning the program, you will have a “preparation” week to clean out your cupboards, order supplies, and gently begin detoxing your body.  You will need to order a 5 Day RESET kit (a high fiber, sugar cleanse) early that week to make sure you receive it by the following Monday. 
  3. Your first 5 days of the Sugar Buster Boot Camp will consist of cleansing, or “RESETTING” the body with the 5 Day RESET. From there, you will choose which program you would like to continue on for the next 4 weeks, Phase I or Phase II.  You will receive more information about that in your first “lesson,” but it would be my pleasure to help you decide what is right for you.

The 5-Day RESET is the ideal jumpstart to healthy living and achieving your ideal weight. It restores your body’s balance and reduces inflammation. It gets you off the high glycemic roller coaster by stabilizing your blood sugar and eliminating your cravings for unhealthy foods. Your 5-Day RESET kit comes with everything you need, including:

Here’s how the RESET program works:

  • Each day for 5 days you drink 3 shakes at mealtime, eat a nutrition bar for both your morning and afternoon snacks, plus two servings of vegetables anytime during the day.
  • While on the RESET, you also drink eight to ten glasses of water and exercise moderately for 20-30 minutes per day. Those who want to lose weight may lose as much as 4-5 pounds on the RESET, and the fat comes off the waist first. But the most important result of the RESET is that it puts the body in a healthy state so that it is easier to make healthy food choices.
